Policy for non-staff members running Modules or encounters for Nero Atl 2016

1)Any and all encounters and or Modules may be altered, changes, or rejected by Story Staff for any reason.
2)They must be submitted to the Story staff for review no later than ten (10) days prior to the start of the event it is to run.  Approval, denial, or revisions shall be returned no later than five (5) days of the event it is to be run. 
3)A story staff member, or representative of their choosing, need be present during the encounter.

4)A Post event report including, which encounter was run, Players on said encounter, results of the encounter i.e. succeeded, failed, deaths, etc.
5) We will provide or suggest a space for your encounter. You will be responsible for the set-up, break-down, and clean up of the space you use.
6)The modules will need to follow this format.

Average Player Level Newb/Low/Mid/Hi            Treasure Level Newb/Low/Mid/Hi
Summary: This is an area for an overview of the module and any relevant info for Plot/Staff.

Repeatable: Yes/No              Role-play Only: Yes/No                Restricted: Yes/No

Setup/Location: This area will be used to define which RW area the module takes place in and any required setup ,props ,special treasure drops, required monsters, NPCs, preferred staff to run.

Target Players/Restricted This area will list any target players specifically hooked for this module.

Hook: This area will detail the method used to hook this module.

Module Details: This area will be used to list all information used by plot/staff to run this module. Included will be any named NPC’s. NPC/Monster behavior, in game location, plot information to be dropped, player handouts, potential snags, win/loss conditions, and possible rewards/repercussions.

Notes: This area is to be used for notes and follow up for the module. Dates run, players present if relevant, or potential further
